Jaspreet Takhar

Jaspreet Takhar is a board certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with several years of experience. Jaspreet attended the University of California Los Angeles for both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing. She holds a post master’s certification in psychiatry from Regis College.

Throughout her career, Jaspreet has demonstrated a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns and work collaboratively with her to achieve their goals. Jaspreet approaches mental in a way that considers the overall wellbeing of the individual including nutrition, active stressors, activity, and self-care.​

Jaspreet works with adult patients of all backgrounds, specializing in the treatment of individuals with attention deficit disorder, insomnia, depression disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders and mood disorders. She is well-versed in psychopharmacology and uses evidence-based practice to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
