Gabrielle Dalton is a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of nursing experience in both psychiatric and critical care settings. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder.

Gabrielle believes that effective mental health care begins with feeling truly heard. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, combining thorough psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapeutic techniques to meet each patient where they are.

Gabrielle offers telepsychiatry services for teens and adults ages 13 to 67, providing convenient and accessible care in a safe, supportive space. She is committed to partnering with her patients to help them find balance, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting wellness.
