Tanya Parker has been helping and empowering clients for thirty years. She is compassionate and non-judgmental. She is committed to helping clients tell their story. She is an active listener who also identifies behaviors, habits, and beliefs that sabotage us and our ability to grow and find joy in life. She takes a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.

She is passionate about learning all she can and expanding her own knowledge base so that she can translate that knowledge into effective coping strategies and skills for clients to use. She is particularly interested in helping clients adjust to transitions and losses. Often, loss and crisis present opportunities and open new doors.

Tanya was born and raised in South Africa and has lived on four continents.
